M.D. Web was founded in the year 2000 by President Matthew D. Humes. Matthew is a graduate of the McGill University Faculty of Mangement, specializing in Management Information Systems and Finance. He has also obtained a graduate diploma in E-Commerce at McGill University.

M.D. Web has developed web sites for small businesses and events but is flexible to the task. Any project can be approached using the M.D. Web "Web Site Lifecycle" which helps companies organize their ideas into objectives and requirements which allow them to use the web as a tool to improve communications and transactions.
